So, every one of us is on a journey of some form or another. Maybe you're trying to crush all the goals and reach your highest potential. Maybe your journey is learning to be a spouse or a parent. Maybe you just feel the need to sit back and focus on yourself. Not a single journey is wrong--it's yours and you own it.
My personal journey at the moment is trying to invest my time in personal development every single day. Often, I read a book or do activities (journal, yoga, meditation, prayer...) that help me to improve my relationships with other people and improve my relationship with God. I started this very intentional journey on May 1 and I have seen huge improvements in my family, friends and business.
So I read. I journal. I pray. I attend workshops. I reach out to those that are more in tune with the Universe than I am. I seek knowledge and improvement.
And the one thing I keep seeing come up is "Stop Telling Yourself Lies."
I help families shift to living live a life of wellness and abundance by using natural, plant-based products.
